Through 18 hours of effective and intensive workout, this program is designed by RISE expert coaches to develop players' individual basketball skills through comprehensive instructions and speed and agility trainings. The program will provide specific trainings on basketball fundamentals, individual and teams defensive and offensive drills, tactics and techniques, fastbreak drills and transitions in addition to ball handling and shooting drills using the Dr. Dish Shooting Machine. The Camp includes as well 3 x 3, 4 x 4 and 5 x 5 games!
